The grading period is ending, and I have meant to post a few different links to sites and/or topics here. This one is interesting on a few different levels, corporate ethics in a court of law being one of them. It is also connected to the post made earlier on this page (3/28/14) regarding Garamond vs. Times New Roman. Guess the BP people could have padded their paper that way as well. Comments?

I have done this ice water bucket challenge myself and I think it is a great, fun, and socially, a good way to enjoy and cool off on a hot day. Anyways I do think this dare should be aloud but people should be limited to how much and how often they use water for this ice water bucket challenge.

I do not think that this shortcut that these lawyers took was very intelligent. In a case as big as the BP lawsuit, lawyers should not give prosecutors or defendants any loophole that they can exploit. Everybody's case setup should be airtight, so that prosecutors cannot prove the inaptness of the case before prosecution has begun. As I said before, I believe that this is a bad move by the lawyers.
