What I love most about this story is that no matter how long human beings have been on planet Earth, we just keep discovering more information we did not know before. A new continent? Really? Fantastic, even if it is mostly under water...now. What about "once upon a time?"

This story is indeed very appealing and lovely. There is much to agree on with this point of view that even though we have been on the planet Earth for roughly 4.3 billion years, we keep discovering new things we didn't know before. It is very inspiring for someone in the world to find a new continent even after these many years is, in fact, surprising, even if it is mostly underwater. Another point that is also very much agreeable is the concept of "Once Upon a Time" because it seems a bit like a deja vu.

Due to this article, I was driven to question society’s knowledge of the world. Even with our advanced technology and powerful minds, humans have only recently discovered this possible new continent. It took decades of research, ideas, and observations to reach this scientific breakthrough. If we are just starting to understand our past, how strong is our grasp of the world? Is mankind’s knowledge as immense as we perceive it to be? I believe this also relates to the hope of tomorrow and society’s infinite hunger for discovery. Not everything has been explained; the earth is still an unwritten book.
